Builders in North Waikato
Over the Bombay hills the rules change. North Waikato consents through Waikato District Council, not Auckland, and the towns along the river and the motorway are growing fast on the back of Auckland buyers looking for land.

01The work here
What we build
in North Waikato
Mostly new homes on subdivision sections in Pokeno, Tuakau and Te Kauwhata, alongside renovation work on the older weatherboard stock in Huntly and Ngāruawāhia. Knowing how Waikato District processes a consent is half the job.
02Towns and suburbs
Pokeno
The boom town at the bottom of the Bombays, transformed from a village into a growth centre in a decade.
Tuakau
A growing service town just over the river from Pukekohe, with its own main street and steady expansion.
Te Kauwhata
A lakeside town reshaped by a large masterplanned community, with a village centre and new school to match.
Huntly
A river and coal town with an honest housing stock and increasing density.
Ngāruawāhia
The town at the meeting of the Waikato and Waipā rivers, with deep history and growing commuter appeal.
Meremere
A small settlement on the old highway, quiet and close to the river.
Mercer
A river settlement on the motorway, small and well placed between Auckland and the Waikato.
Port Waikato
A river-mouth settlement on the west coast, part bach village, part working country.
Taupiri
A small village under the maunga, on the river north of Hamilton.
