Three regions, two councils

We are based in Glenbrook, so Franklin is the patch we know street by street. It runs from the Manukau's southern shore across the market-garden country to Pukekohe, and out to the coastal settlements at Clarks Beach, Awhitu and Waiuku.

South Auckland is where the region's growth is loudest. Drury is Auckland's largest greenfield front, Takanini keeps filling in, and behind that sits a deep stock of 1960s to 1990s family homes now due for their second serious renovation.

Over the Bombay hills the rules change. North Waikato consents through Waikato District Council, not Auckland, and the towns along the river and the motorway are growing fast on the back of Auckland buyers looking for land.
