Builders in
Manurewa
A large established southern suburb with a deep stock of family housing.
- Region
- South Auckland
- Consents through
- Auckland Council
- Local board
- Manurewa Local Board
- From Glenbrook
- Twenty to forty minutes up the motorway, depending on the hour.
The housing
State-era and 1960s to 1980s homes, with ongoing redevelopment and infill.
What we do here
Renovations, sleepouts and minor dwellings, and reconfiguration for extended family.
Worth knowing
A sleepout without a kitchen or bathroom often avoids consent. A self-contained unit does not. Knowing which side of that line you want to sit on changes everything.
