Our own jobs, start to finish.

Where the value sits
Priced before we sign
We would rather spend longer on the quote than surprise you later. Allowances are named as allowances, exclusions are written in plain words, and nothing gets built before you have seen the number for it.
Weekly site reports
Photos, progress, and what is happening next week. You always know where your build is, even from another island.
Handover with the list closed
Final walk-through with the snag list, and we close every item before we hand the keys back. Not a surprise a month after you move in.
One number to call
The same people run your job from the first site visit to handover. Nobody hands you over to a project manager when it gets hard.
We will tell you honestly whether new builds is the right call for your place.

From the street
Worth knowing
before you ring
How long does a new build typically take?
From contract signing to handover, most single-storey new builds run seven to ten months. Two-storey or architectural builds run ten to fourteen. You get a working programme on day one and an update every week.
Can you work with my architect?
Yes, and we often do. We run a constructability review over the drawings before we quote, flag anything that will cost more than it needs to, and suggest swaps you can take or leave.
Do you handle the council consent?
Every time. We lodge the building consent, manage the inspection schedule, and front up to council if anything is queried. You do not speak to council unless you want to.
What sits outside a new build quote?
Land, geotechnical investigation, council fees, and connection fees for power, water and wastewater. Everything else, design through to fit-out, sits inside the quoted scope, and anything carried as an allowance is labelled as one.
Every job starts the same way: we come and look at it.
