What we do with your details
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, phone number, an email address if you give one, and whatever you tell us about the job. We do not ask for anything else and we do not buy data about you from anywhere.
What we do with it
We use it to contact you about your enquiry and to arrange a site visit. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell it, we do not rent it, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Who else sees it
Nobody outside the business, except the services that carry the message to us: our website host and our email provider. If a job goes ahead, the trades working on it will see what they need to do the work, and nothing more.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into work are kept while they might still be useful and then deleted. Records relating to work we have actually carried out are kept for as long as we are required to hold them.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is wrong. Email us and we will sort it out.
