Builders in
Buckland

The semi-rural edge of Pukekohe, quiet, with lifestyle blocks and infill.

Older rural homes and newer builds on subdivided land.

New homes on lifestyle blocks and extensions to older rural houses.

Rural sections often mean on-site wastewater. The system design constrains where the house can sit, so it belongs in the first conversation.

What we build in Buckland

New homes on subdivided Buckland land, where services and access need sorting before anything comes out of the ground.

Extending older rural Buckland homes, where the original build is honest but small and the section can take more.

Sheds, garaging and sleepouts on rural sections, built to house standard so they are still worth something in ten years.

The same crew works right across Franklin.
