Builders in
Awhitu

The peninsula running north between the Manukau and the open west coast. Remote, exposed, spectacular.

Baches, farmhouses and a slow trickle of architectural coastal homes.

Coastal new builds, bach replacements and serious renovation work.

This is a high exposure zone with a long haul for every delivery. Both facts belong in the programme and the price from day one.

What we build in Awhitu

New coastal homes on the Awhitu peninsula, where exposure, access and getting materials to site all have to be planned rather than assumed.

Bach and farmhouse renovation out on the peninsula, usually insulation, weathertightness, and making the place work in winter as well as January.

Decks built for peninsula exposure, with fixings and timber chosen for salt air and the wind that comes straight off the Tasman.

The same crew works right across Franklin.
