The housing
Lifestyle blocks, farm buildings and rural homes on elevated land.
What we do here
Rural new builds, large sheds and garaging, and extensions to farmhouses.
Worth knowing
Elevated and exposed sites get wind loading that changes bracing and fixing specification. It is an engineering conversation early, not a surprise at framing.
